In order to meet the expectations of our customers and in particular to improve process of servicing, we have prepared a new Service Request Form. Please fill in the form in full and attach it to the package containing the device for repair. Filled form will shorten the repair time to a minimum and thus the faster you will receive a repaired device.
NOTE: As of 01.02.2012 equipment sent to the company Elprosys without a completed Service Request Form, will not be subject to repairs or repair period may be extended to 30 working days.
